To maximise the value of your investment Topaz implements a rigorous training programme with your staff. Once the solution has been installed we assess your training needs based on our customers business objectives, the functionality of the solution and resource competency.
Training can either be provided on a 'one-to-one' basis or in groups and is usually undertaken at Topaz using the client's data, which is to ensure a more familiar training environment. We guarantee:
- A fully trained team on launch of the application
- A thorough knowledge of the system and its capabilities
- Maximised use of functionality; safe in the knowledge you are getting the best from the software.
Training for existing users
Research into our customer base indicates that on average they use only 60-70% of the features available. This is often due to the changing requirements of the business and indeed staff turnover whereby original users of the software leave and take specific system knowledge with them.
In response to this we are developing a series of group training sessions for existing users to help you make the most of the rich functionality in the solution, maximise the investment and of course the benefits to your business.
In addition to the group sessions we also offer a consultative approach. In such instances a Topaz specialist will visit you and your team, understand and review your business processes offering advice and recommendations based on their many years experience in addition to providing training in specific areas of the solution.
