Topaz implementation methodology has evolved from the principles contained within the PRINCE project management. We do not blindly adhere to all principles of PRINCE or any other formal methodology as this may cause constraints on the project/implementation. Neither would we enforce a particular methodology on our clients - a partnership is developed and the methodology which best suits each company needs is used.
