Topaz implementation methodology has evolved from the principles contained within the PRINCE project management. We do not blindly adhere to all principles of PRINCE or any other formal methodology as this may cause constraints on the project/implementation. Neither would we enforce a particular methodology on our clients - a partnership is developed and the methodology which best suits each company needs is used.
Training can either be provided on a 'one-to-one' basis or in groups and is usually undertaken at Topaz using the client's data, which is to ensure a more familiar training environment. We guarantee:
Plan-Implement-review
Topaz project managers will co-ordinate all physical implementations and training programs for all elements of the project. They work closely with the analytical, development, implementation, training and support personnel to ensure continuity to any project. In simple terms we adopt a cyclical approach of plan-implement-review at all stages of a project and this, in conjunction with monitoring project progress against a carefully constructed schedule, ensures timely delivery of effective business solutions.
The Key Role of Project Manager
Above all else, the key role of the Topaz project manager is the co-ordination of each project with the client and the bringing together of pre and post sales support teams in meeting the clients desired objectives.
