Topaz at Softworld Accounting & Finance, 27th February, Novotel Hammersmith

Topaz will be promoting the latest enhancements to Topaz Financials and Topaz Credit Control at Softworld. A whole host of user-friendly functionality, e-filing capability and third party product partnerships will be highlighted on Stand 2 during the Softworld Accounting and Finance Event which will be hosted at the Novotel, Hammersmith on February 27th
Key enhancements of Topaz Financials and Topaz Credit Control on display at Softworld will include:
• HMRC accreditation for VAT E-Filing (VAT 100 and VAT 101) – the first and only enterprise software provider to achieve this
• Topaz Data Archive – for companies that need to scan documents such as invoices without the major outlay of document management provision
• A partnership with Prophix – providers of a budgeting, planning, forecasting, reporting, consolidation technology – that follows hot on the heals of a link up with Credit IQ, the leading invoice discount technology product
Topaz will also be previewing Topaz XLCubed Web. The web has been utilised to extend the functionality of this ground breaking reporting software further meaning that one published report can be accessed and manipulated by many. This eradicates the requirement to produce numerous reports, saving time and ensuring all have the information they require when they require it in a form that is tailored to their exact needs. These reports can be printed or saved back to individual user’s workstations all with built in security to ensure authorised access.
“During the past 12 months there has been a great deal of interest in Topaz Financials following a raft of enhancements last year, including factoring functionality and extended escalation process within the authorisation
kiosk, and we are looking to build on this momentum,” says Eddie Stanley, Topaz Sales Director.
“Throughout the event we will be looking to generate further sales leads by promoting the full range of user-friendly and accredited functionality within the product, as well as highlighting examples where the software has dramatically reduced reporting times and paid for itself within a short time period.”
Meanwhile Topaz will also use the Softworld platform to highlight groundbreaking capability within Topaz Credit Control, which can either be utilised in conjunction with Topaz Financials or as a standalone product with other accounting software.
