Topaz was founded by a group of like-minded business professionals and began developing bespoke HR and financial software solutions and supporting third party applications.

Launch of insight v6 financial system
» 1994
Acquisition of Ki Computer Services provided Topaz with an immediate nation-wide user base of clients as well high increasing the development team skill base.
» 1996
Selection of RAD (Rapid Application Development) tool to develop Windows based applications and solutions led to a very close relationship with industry leader Magic Software Enterprises
» 1997
Redevelopment of client specific Commercial System
» 1998
Launch of Topaz EMS (Employee Management System) our integrated Payroll and Personnel solution.
» 1999
Launch of Topaz Financials suite to a 32-bit Windows system.
» 2000
Market launch of Topaz EMS integrated Payroll and Personnel solution at Softworld HRP 2000. Following the release Topaz won several large contracts due to its functionality and flexibility across a number of markets.

Topaz awarded the Department of Trade and Industry SMART Award for our planned development in transforming warehouse management

Commencement of Warehouse Management System Project
