What is Dynamic Systems Design Methodology?
The traditional software development process has been to satisfy the contents of a requirements specification, which conforms to the customer's requirement for deliverables. This means that the current and future business needs of the customer are not taken into consideration.
By using a DSDM approach Topaz recognises that the requirements of the customer will change before, during or even after the development of the application. Therefore in order to implement the approach both time and resources have to be fixed but the functionality and customer requirements can change.
